Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. It must also be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed, or are not in a resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at services@tynraer.top with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.
Please note: We do not accept returns sent directly to our business address without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of billing cycles.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
